JET ACCOUNT IS A ****!!!

Jet Account is a ****!!!! I've seen similar reviews to mine here and I would like to add. My mother's account has had the same balance for 3 years it does not decrease. We've been paying every month WITHOUT taking any items for FULL 3 YEARS and her balance is still the same. It's a shame that we do not have an e-mail address where we can complain directly to. We went to the store and they called the relevant department but that was it we are still waiting for their feedback even today. Also they opened a whole lot of insurances and policies under her name without her consent. Pathetic!!!
