Jet account *****

My mother of 78 years old has an account with Jet and since 2014 three unknown cell numbers have been buying airtime using this old ladies account.As my mom is too old I accompanied her to Jet Galleria Amanzimtoti the lady there helped to connect us with Cell C who are ******** my mom.We filled in the paper work from ***** and nothing has been done to refund the old lady the monies unduly paid by her since 2014
