Jet account closure - disgusting service.

I paid off my jet account in full and told the cashier to close my account. She tried to call the headoffice and could not go through. She gave me a number to try call on Monday to tell them to close my account but the line just drops. I now received an email stating I owe R189. For what? I've paid in full ! I have the slip and I have emails to edcon and jet asking to close my account. I CANT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE ON THE CALL BUT YOU WANT MORE MONEY? close my account !!! Please escalate this immediatly as this may affect my credit score for no reason!
