Jet account charges

Hi there Peter. I have a jet account for over 20 years now and recently I have discovered that I have been billed for facilities on my jet account which I didn't even know of or gave permission for. I have been paying R700 on my account every month to date but my account does not come down because of that. I did contact the customer service but no response or answers from them. Can you please assist in getting this resolved and will I be able to claim for all the years they have been taking my money. Thanking you in advance M. I. Saban *** ***
