Jet account charged with policy's not aware of

I went to a Jet store yesterday and was trying to pay off my account as I went to the cashier at Letlhabile Branch in Brits I was told I owed an amount of money which I was willing to pay unknowingly was informed that before I settle the owed amount I must close off my policy's I was so shocked that I refused to pay that money and I wanted a call to be logged so that I can understand what was happening <br> Call reference number *** spoke to a lady by the name of Nokuthula <br> I have been charged from 2012 when I opened the account cell phone insurance R40.00 which the phone I am no longer using since the beginning of the year as the phone is no longer working , I had again returned the phone to the store earlier last year they didn't even tell me I had an insurance was informed there is nothing they could do for me and I had to buy a new phone do all this time I have been paying for a phone that I am not even using .<br> The Jet club - R30.90 was informed its for Magazines I have never received any magazine from Jet and a family provider - R31.00 and personal cover R90.50 I never accepted any of those things .So I would like a refund for all of things and feedback and investigations
