Jet account

Hello Peter can you please help me to close my account with Jet store .few months back I paid them fully and closed the account with them and they did send me conformation email that my account is been closed but now they are busy sending me statements that I owe them and the amount is growing every month I tried to send them email that I have closed the account but they keep on charging me every month.
