Jet account balance not decreasing.

My helper has been paying her account with a balance of R7500 since last year August and she was paying R500 sometimes R400 and not less than the mention amount and till to date the balance remaining is R7200 and I tried to query on her behalf and they said I'm not the owner of the account and this pains me because she always cries to me.what must I do please assist.
