JET Account balance never decrease when you pay monthly and no monthly statement.

I keep paying my Jet account every month, but my balance doesn't decrease. I am keeping getting magazines which i cancelled 4 times but still they keep sending it. I don't even get my monthly statement even at the store they are clueless, they can't check my monthly instalment. Since RCS got involved, accounts are not in order. PLEASE HELP!!!!
