Jet Account - Account Balance Keeps Going Up Regardless of Payments

I'm contacting you on behalf of my father Mr Muhangwi Livingstone Phaswana (ID ***) - ***56 4896 who has an account with you. I'd like to be provided with the following information as my father believes that there's charges on his account that he does not understand nor agreed to as his billing just keeps going up regardless of payments made to his Jet account.

I'd like to be provided with the current balance All additional products and/or services he's signed up for When were these activated, and if he's consent was gained.
