Jet Account

I'm writing this review on behalf of my father inlaw he have a Jet Account and he go pay his Account every month end,but his balance never comes down he ask for statements but they can never give him one.He bought on the Account two years ago we like to know how can a person pay every single month but your balance still stays the same he pays R400 every time but the balance stays on the x amount.
