Jet Account

On the 26 March 2021 I made a payment of R1520 on my jet account.On my surprise I recieve an sms to tell me how much is my installment for April because as far as i know i don't have amount due i settle my ccount, I went to jet store in menlyn they asked for a receipt I gave them they sent it to their head office they said I must call after 3 days of which I did customer service they told me that they didn't recieve my proof of payment on their side their side of which I did resend it again, after I resend i called to confirm if they recieve it they said they didn't recieve it I need to know how come you didn't recieve it because I have an e mail from one of your consultant confirming that she received i called again today without any help please explain to me I have this account more than 15 years I have this account I have never experienced such service as soon you sort this please and please close it and I no longer need it you are not loyal to your customers.
