Jet account

Good day

I'm struggling to get people from Jet to assist me with getting a paid up letter since my account is closed. I urgently need assistance because I'm busy with buying a house and the banks needs this. Everytime i phone the account query number my call is not answered.

I'm just scared if this takes to long i might end uo losing the bond.

Please assist
