Jet account

Jet account_ in July 2020 jet told me that my account was handed over to VVM that I should call the to make payment arrangements. Then I contacted VVM I settled the account(27 July 2020) with them I sent proof of payment then they told me that paid up letter has been requested they are waiting on jet. I called them on the first week of August they told me they have escalated the issue to the relevant department till today it's been 3months still no response from jet, I even called edcon they said they will update the status on my account then send me the paid up letter. Up to now nothing no communication now edcon dares to send me an email telling me that my account has been handed over to Nimbles or Norman bissset that I should call them to make payment arrangements like seriously. This is a huge problem becouse I can't do anything becouse of this account which I paid in full but jet doesnot even care.
