JET Abusing my rights

BAD BAD BAD and ****mers with less educated management especially from collection department. They keep on listing my name under credit bureau even after they have received clearance certificate from another *********** corporation/organisation called DEBTBUSTERS. It has been 3 years now after i have paid them up but still they are sending emails and frustrating me with their call centre claiming that i owe R 145.00 of which i don't and i did send them clearance certificate so many times and what i get in response is "WE ARE STILL LOOKING AT THIS MATTER" but on the other side they are blacklisting me. They will also send emails that will make you feel like you are dealing with the ****mers:
