Jet

My mom passed on the 27th of January 2023 she was a jet member and paying a fee of being a club member I went to the store filled in the form and I received an sms that hollard indicating that it has been approved, I went to the store more than 5 times to claim the money and I am not getting an assistance as apparently jet system cannot read nor pick the claim number when I direct to hollard they tell me they have played their part and jet is the problem, secondly my mom had jet Funeral which was under written by Metropolitan Life I bought the necessary information pertaining to my mom's death I was told I need a letter of Authority why? Because a claim was suppose to pay and it never indicated I must have a letter of Authority and secondly I had an affidavit stating I'm the of the Bilogical daughter I'm highly disappointed in the administration of Jet
