Jet

I have sent a complaint 2 weeks ago abt Jet store that debited my account with monthly club fees and legal h fees without my knowledge. I did sent multiple emails and getting mo help but im getting thousands of calls from the account dept to make payment arrangements and everytime i have to explain to them . All they day they will ut it on the system and escalate it...than the next day i get another call from the acc dept with the same old story. Would someone from Jet call me ( not accounts dept ) on *** and sort your mess out....
