A Jet Bridge City employee in Phoenix Bridge City Mall allowed a person to open a *****ulent account t and proceeded by for R10 000 in my wife's name using her ID number.
We now have to run around between the police and calling jet forensic ourselves to try and have this issue resolved
It is despicable that in this day and age people can still get away with such stupid *****
Can the Jet forensic people do the work that they are paid to do, please
This is embarrassing on their part that they are easily fooled

I have been using Totalsports for over 20 yrs now to buy mainly running shoes, but after this incident i am considering cutting them off
