I have a problem with jet account, i refused to join their jet club for years and when i checked my statement, i noticed that they have been charging me R42 for jet club. I called their customer service and after referring to ao many departments they couldn't help me. They only thing they told me is that on the system, it shows that i didn't join the club. I find in disturbing and strange that they charge money every month **********ly.
