An agent from Jet told me there is no call recording , you guys dont have any proof her name was Azima Mayor *** , she further said i never went to any store when i took the subscription so please don't be smart with me send the call recording on my email as they initially promised. whats hard because the deal was not concluded at any store? WHY SHOULD I LISTEN TO A CALL AT A STORE? ****

I have been asking for the recording since 26 August 2019 exactly how long does it take to get it? its now a second week should i wait for the whole year ?
