I am so frustrated with JET

on the 4th of June I received an email from their offices advising that I over paid them with R14.50. so I don't owe them, they will send me a paid up letter and update credit Bureau that the account is paid off. I was checking my credit score on Tuesday the 4th of August I saw that they haven't updated credit bureau then boom today they send me an email advising that I owe them 828.92..... I would like them to advise what is happening with this account.
