Intolerance for customers
I was at your Benoni Lakeside store. I just got to the fitting rooms to try on a few items, about 2 minutes later someone rudely knocked into the cubicle shouting, " i should hurry up as they would like to close the shop" i then told him back that i just went it. Upon leaving and paying for my shopping, i then asked to see the rude person shouting at me to be quick and leave the fitting rooms. I was then informed that the person who was shouting was the security person. Upon discussing what i felt was wrong with his manner of his approach, he exclaimed he didn't see anything wrong with his behavior. Please speak to your employees regarding customer services. His behavior was totally uncalled for and his approach to customer is poor customer service.
