internet payments

I made various payments totalling R1100 via the internet. It is a nedbank bank approved beneficiary ino Cuthberts Pty Ltd. (As per jet statement).I received letter stating account in arrears. When questioning it at the Jet branches in George, and talking to Lucian, Nahnla and M Human at the call centre the problem is not solved yet. I faxed proof of payment Ref #Fx ***2T131940_5144. M Human now requested \acc payment transaction detail report". I requested this from Nedbank and they say they can only provide the same proof of payments that I have. According to the lady at branch they get many of these kind of complaints and that I should rather pay at the branch. If your EFT system is not suitable why give the option to clients. In the meantime my account reflects arrears"
