Interest charges
Good day
I have been paying my jet account and I’m currently under debt review since 2017 however the balance doesn’t go down and It’s over 3years I still get charged interest. 2017 when I joined debt review balance was about R8900 it’s over 4years been paying balance is about R7900. Kindly advise what’s the reason balance is not going down and interest still being charged?
