insurance issue

I opened an account at jet liberty mall on saturday and was a very happy man since it was my first account here in sa since am from zim.but my happiness was cut shot on Monday after receiving some massages to inform me that I have joined a jet personal plan,a dental plan,hospital and service fee plan of which wasn't told of those things when I opened the account they were just telling to sign little did I know that I now being made to joint other things.some thing must be done about the insurances coz am not interested in the or else I will close the account.
