Incorrect Trading Hours

I've been standing outside jet store and legit store waiting for them to open and not even the staff are saying anything. the notice for trading hours says 08:30 opening time and now we are left just standing here. this is bad service and no notice of communication as to why customer are not being let in. I called the customer care to log a complaint and the call centre agent just hung up on me.,JET is chasing away customers with bad service!!!!
