INCORRECT INFORMATION ON CREDIT REPORT

I am not happy with JET updating my credit report incorrectly. I tried to call so many times and it has been over 3 months and no one can assist me. I need a clear credit report for my job applications. I am been told that my account is up to date and they do not know why it shows like it does on the credit report.
