Incorrect Information

I am beyond frustrated and need this resolved....I opened an account with jet..my acc was in arrears,I i was handed over to your legal department,I settled the account last year or year before that.....they emailed me a paid up letter...however checked on my experian report,it shows that my acc is in arrears for 9 months,how is that possible...PLEASE SORT THIS OUT...KINDLY EMAIL ME A PAID UP LETTER AGAIN!!!
