Incorrect billing of account

I have the account with Jet store or Edcon and I made payment arrangements of R700 every month's which is up to date, last month's, September 2020, I paid my account and balance was R9500 and today 28 October 2020, I paid my account and was shocked to find out the balance of R19303 which is incorrectly billed. Would encourage everyone having account with Edcon to check their accounts balance.
