Incorrect Billing
I have an clothing account with Jet. Checking last three Account statement I observed they included Airtime/Data Subscription and SMS Air Subscription. I tried to call their call center and the Consultant hanged up the phone after I explained the situation with him. These subscription are charged R78 and R49 respectively. Really frustrating to get to their call center.. Really disappointed by the service.
