Incorrect Application Submitted

My wife did an application to open a new account at Jet Stores at Campus Square Auckland Park on Saterday the 09/05/2015 , the woman that assisted her did not capture the details of her expenses correctly , my wife made her aware of this and she said she will fix it before subbmitting the application . However the woman submitted the incorrect appliucation , they only got back to her on Wednesday the 13/05/2015 . They contacted her to make her aware that the application had been declined due to affordability , when my wife went back to Jet personally regarding this because she felt something was not right , another woman made her aware that the incorrect application was submitted . Jet contaced head office while she was there to sort out the matter , but head office told her there was nothing they could do as the application was already submitted and she should try again in 3 months . I think this is terrible service , it was not even our fault regarding the application , now we must suffer the consequences , it even gives us a bad record on her ITC . We could not believe that we where treated like this after merely trying to open an account . We are really disapointed .
