Inconvinience

I came to exchange school shoes as they were a wrong size and didn't have a slip. The transaction was found on their till but they didn't have a size that I needed and was told I couldn't get anything else. I waiting almost an hour while looking for the transaction to prove the shoes were bought there then to be told I can't exchange for anything else I have to look for the shoes somewhere which the size was available very far from where I'm staying. This a ****** inconvenience. Shopping a jet is a disaster
