*********** staff that needs training on how to treat clients.

Nothing is as displeasing as having to deal with *********** staff that seem to think they are better than others. My mother was at Jet, the one in Chris Hani Crossing in Vosloorus. She went there on a Friday to buy nappies for her grandchild, and it happened that she took the incorrect size. When she went back on Saturday to change the size of the nappies, she was told that nappies cannot be changed because apparently they are like grown folks underwear. Mind you the package was still closed. In this day and age, why are we supposed to be dealing with such people? Since when can't nappies be exchanged changed? What are we supposed to do with an incorrect size of nappies? Can the manager of the store deal with their staff, please. Cause that was waste of fuel from my moms side. They better count themselves lucky because I wasn't there, or else hell would have broke loose.
