Incompetency

Hi<br> I went to the shop to buy a phone and insure it. the lady that helped me under insured the phone. Later the phone was ****** and when I claimed they told me the phone was under insured. I have been sent from pillar to post its been a month now i have not received a phone. whenever i call they tell me that the matter has been escalated. The Lady that helped me should have insured the phone correctly but due to their incompetency i am still without a phone. Jet Middelburg (sucks). I NEED THIS MATTER SORTED OUT !!
