Identity Theft

Good day

I have an account wit Jet, last year MBD contacted me to inform me that I have been handed over to them...I agreed to pay because I thought that it was the service fees that accumulated as i did not use the account. After few months of paying I requested a statement only to find out that there was Purchases made in a city I have never been R10 000 worth of purchases that i am unaware of. I have laid a identity theft complaint at Jet in May already, this issue has not been sorted as I paid for purchases I did not make. A few days ago i was contacted by lawyers to say i was handed over to them...this is so unfair, Jet is messing with my credit worthiness.
