I won't leave this matter unresolved.

Jet stores customer service is very unprofessional they send me on a wild goose chase firstly I was told to wait for the system to unblock my card since 2019 today I was told my account was closed and they don't deal with accounts that were under investigation for ***** i must call RCS when is called I received another number that didn't even go through. This needs to be sorted out the manager was supposed to call me yesterday before the end of the day she but she didn't this is a joke guys I have heard of poor service delivery but Jet is worse.
