I was denied a refund at Jet store, Limpopo mall, Polokwane today.

I had an expired lay bye which I received an SMS stating I must fetch my refund which they will be charges which I did know so I went to the Jet store, Limpopo mall Polokwane today to do a refund ,I met a wonderful lady who I was working at the Till and I had told her I had lost my receipt but I have identity book with me which ofcourse told me it's not a problem and started helping me then the manager of the store showed up and told the lady who was working what was she doing the lady explain she was helping me get a refund the manager said sesi without a receipt we won't help you get e refund but we can help you get an exchange I told her I need my money not clothes she refused to give me my money
