I bought a phone, had issues I brought it back. The lady that booked the phone advised the would be booked that day. That was not the case instead it was after Christmas. Well I left everything in the box the only thing was the charger that was not in the box. So when my husband collected it this past Friday they're is no receipt no pin no headsets no Sim card which was in the phone.

I need answers cause I don't want to be annoyed because if I should go to the store, they will get it. She was very talkative when I brought the phone in only to give that a while lot was wrong with the phone. She was not concentrating or probably in a festive rush. This was in jet store in Clearwater I want someone from there to call me before I escalate this. Is this your way of ****ming people you'll know if you'll don't return the receipt I can't be bringing the phone in. I'm still not comfortable especially after everything that was found to be wrong with the phone but it was suppose to be new.
