I want my money back

On the 7 June 2017 I purchased a belt at Jet in Gateway and the first transaction they said it was unsuccessful whereas I got bank notification that the money has been deducted so I needed a belt urgently and I allowed them to do another transaction. The money was never reversed, I asked my bank to reverse and they did within 30 days. In September Jet decided to take my money again, I requested to be and they did reverse it after a fight. In October they took my money again and I asked them to reverse they refused to and they said I must print the bank statements for June, September, and October of they are costly. So I did that as well, still up to this day I have not been refunded my money. Their manager in the store is a useless person, I don't know how she got the job.
