I WANT JET TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

Since the beginning of the month I've been trying to close my Jet Account but it has been so hard. Called the centre but they don't answer, sent emails but no response, reached via social media nothing and visited the branch but still nothing. Worse part is i still have to pay the interest monthly even when I'm not using it
