I've had enough

Seriously Jet, seriously?<br> I had a Jet account for many years and closed the account about 2 years ago as I was not using it. When I went into close the account at East Gate, there were actually money due to me which they refunded. They confirmed that the account was closed.<br> Then I start getting statements that they owe me 19 cents. This I ignored but every month I got a statement with the 19 cents... Until last month. I phoned them and asked them to close the account, and the lady confirmed once again that the account is now closed.<br> However, today, SMS, to view my online statement.....<br> What is so hard to understand. Close the account and take the F@#$ing 19 cents OR start paying me interest on the 19 cents. Its up to you Jet
