I settled the account but it still shows as outstanding on my credit report
I need help, I paid my Jet account on the 30th of June 2020 and i asked them to close my. When I checked my credit profile yesterday the amount I paid is still showing as outstanding. I have sent countless emails for this to be corrected but it has not been done. My credit score is negatively affected by this and I need to improve my credit score so I can be able to buy a house. Please assist.

13 Jan 2022, 09:11 I have a serious problem with Jet. I settled the account on the 30th of June 2020 and I have been asking them to remove it from my credit report and that has not happened. I also requested a statement and a letter that stipulates that the account has been paid of but no luck. I'm really frustrated. Please help
