I regret insuring my phone at Jet

I deeply regret insuring my cell phone at Jet upon its purchase, I thought I made a good decision but here I am without a phone after taking it in for repairs. The phone fell and cracked screen and I was asked to pay R250 access fee, and that I happily paid. The phone came back without a power button and no volume keys. That I could live with, but the phone was not charging and when switched off remained dead even though the screen was fixed. I returned the phone to Ingrid JetMart store in boulders mall Midrand, who also tried to charge it and saw the missing buttons. After a week or so I went to check on the phone and since then countless e-mails have been sent around, smses phone calls I am on the verge of giving up on the phone 5 months after taking it in. I am asked to pay another R250 and that the phone will come back without replaced buttons if for what they fail to explain to me. I have been looking for a job without a phone, I am going through christmas period without a phone to take pictures and videos with my family with and yet they still deduct their insurance money. I am let down and would not encourage anyone to insure their phones with Jet, jetmart or fine rite.
