I Made a payment of R400 into their account, I just forgot to quote my account number as reference

I Made a payment of R400 into their account, I just forgot to quote my account number as reference. This payment I was made on the 29th of January 2021, to date Jet fails to allocate the payment. I informed them I used my initials and my surname as my reference and sent them the proof of payment. I have made numerous calls and numerous emails to date, no one seems to be interested to assist. They pushing me from pillar to post, even asked me to go to my bank and get a bank reference number. My bank informed me there's no other reference but the one I used.
