I just need my paid up letter from Jet.

Hi, I have got an issue with Jet, back in 2014 I got an account with Jet and everything was great until I realised that each time I would pay my account the bill was going higher instead of decreasing so I stopped paying because I also lost my job right around the same time, fast forward to this 2021, I recently got a job and decided to settle my account so I settled it, I paid a total of R2700 and submitted my proof of payment, I waited two weeks to see if I get any response from Jet because prior to the settlement I called Edcon and spoke to some lady Nokuthula Nhlapho

So far I have spoken to someone from Jet, Edcon, RCS, Nimble group who supposedly was handling my account but no one seems to be interested in giving me that paid up letter. please help me
