What a waste of time to be dealing with JET. From August since l have been dealing with this matter, Jet debited me twice and refuses to refund me its now October and m still begging them to refund me, they chose to debit me twice now l must run to them every single day to be refunded, mind due l call every single day with my own airtime just to here the same thing everyday about how everything is processed and l get it anytime but everyday there is no refund coming through. I am tired and wanna here about any follow ups or anything of some sort you have .you account number PLEASE REFUND ME MY MONEY THAT YOU TOOK FROM ME WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND I MUST RUN AROUND AFTER YOU.
