I cant get my paidup letter from Jet Stores

Good Day 1 My name is Vuyie I had a Jet account back then but I paid it in full in 2009 now I'm struggling to get my paidup letter I tried calling their customer service and went to a Jet store closer to me in Fochville the Manager could not help me saying she cant find Jet account under my name ,so please help how do I get it because I need it .
