I am disgusted !!!

Have always had nightmarish encounters when dealing with the Jet Stores call centre & had rather become accustomed to it, but today's encounter was simply dreadful & horrible in the least !!!All i wanted to enquire upon was my account balances as they seem to have ''forgotten'' how to email statements. Spoke to a Karen & Khunjulwa who where utterly, useless, ******** & ***********. The staff needs further training that is for sure !!!
