Horrifying service
I have never had such battle with any other companies as the one I'm having with Jet clothing store. I closed the account in 2017, somehow there are still forcing their services on me. I lost my cell phone on 26 April 2019 only to find out that my number is on contract. I called Jet call centre on 087 number. I had to hold for more than 10 min to speak to a consulted. The first call centre agent advised me that my number will be released to pre-paid. I thought it will be done someday. Two days later, I called again, the second consultant was a nightmare to deal with after a 15 minute wait. She was irritable and had less patient, she even threaten to cut the call so that I can face another annoying wait. Her name is Lebo, she told that it will take 24 to 48 hours to release my number and she further defined their 24 -48 hours that their working hours is between 8 to pm, they only count their working hours that means to release my number will take 6 days. I have been waiting for their insane 48 hours and it been a full week now and my number is not yet been released to pre-paid. I will not let them force their service on me. to start with, I never signed any cell phone contract. They should stop forcing your services on people! I don't want any thing to do with Jet. There is also a refund amount of 6 hundred rand that they need to pay me. I submitted all the necessary documents two months ago, the consulted told me that if i'm lucky i might get the refund after 6 months. I didn't even look back. Now this! I need my number urgently!
