HORRIBLE!!TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!

On the 31 /12/2017, I went to the Jet store in Mamelodi (Denlyn) to open an account, I was told to return during the week because that day was not their normal trading day,they only opened for formality!!!!!! Ok fine , I went back again today 02/01/2018, I am told that the people who deals with accounts were all absent and still gone for holidays!!!!! I am asking the Jet people if this is the service you train your staff to give to customers, ohk nothing wrong with a person going for holidays but as big as Jet is, could you guys maybe have appointed someone to cover up? This is really bad and inconveniencing. I will go around telling everyone who will care to listern of how horrible your service is. I will never eeeeever enter your store ever again!!
