Horrible Service, the worst service I have ever witnessed.

Their service is terrible!!! My mother has had an account with Jet for almost 20 years, she went to the store in April last year to pay the closing balance,which according to the cashier at Elim mall,included policies and airtime subscription for a cell and MTN number, my mother has never had any other Sim except the Vodacom that she is using.she was told that she will hear from head office. The day that they were at the store they called the head office and was advised that there is no Venda speaking consultant,so she went home, now she is getting calls from debt collectors that she owes Jet and they have handed her over. I called today and spoke to Makhanani Matopola had to conference the call with my mom, who advised that she can't assist on her side and we must call the debt collectors as her account has been sold. I requested to speak to a manager, whose name is Itumeleng Mathibe, was told that s/he is in a meeting . What an awful and disgusting service,if I could rate you a zero I would.
